Breathing Freedom

I look and I listen. Myriad life forms in this mysterious blue spaceship circling around a star at a speed of 107 000 km per hour. There seems to be an intelligence maintaining our planet in orbit and our hearts beating in perfect rhythms. And yet we often feel that we don't belong, that our bodies are not good enough or our emotions are shameful mistakes? What would our lives be like if we accepted our own being as it is, now, in all its glorious weirdness and mess? This question is my extended hand, inviting you into a space where you can relax your shoulders and ask those taboo questions, feel those suppressed emotions and authentically express who you are. What would you say if you discovered that you are already accepted and loved just as you are? And that you do not need to beg or fight for this love? It is your own nature, your breath, your freedom. Then we can play and translate this 'well of love' into compassion in action, so that we, and future generations can breathe clear air and new visions on this generous planet.
