Introduction

Satyamayi is a Dhara Breathing facilitator,  Meditation Guide and Minimalism Coach. 

From 2002 to 2012, she worked as an English teacher, translator and research journalist. Simultaneously, she walked the path of self-introspection and transpersonal therapy.

From 2008 to 2018, she immersed herself in inner contemplation and continued to explore and train in transpersonal therapy under the guidance of Louise Bloemen, who initiated her in practices such as Rebirthing breathwork and Gestalt. She also trained as Combined Arts facilitator and Meditation guide, skills that enrich her therapy sessions. 

Her understanding of healing and liberation from suffering continued to deepen with the practice of Hatha Yoga, Breathwork and Self-inquiry and evolved to reflect a holistic, non-dual perspective.
