Introduction

Satyamayi is a Philosopher and Explorative Artist.

She facilitates contemplative sessions in which the emphasis is put on the exploration of our direct experience and inquiry into the nature of reality.  Some of the topics she touches on include Life, Mind processes, Society, Self-Realization and Integration through Breathing, Permission to be a human being, Liberation from suffering, Combined Arts, Meditation, Mindfulness and Movement. 

From 2002 to 2012, she worked as an English teacher, translator and research journalist. Simultaneously, she walked the path of self-introspection and transpersonal therapy.

From 2008 to 2018, she immersed herself in inner contemplation and continued to explore and train in transpersonal therapy under the guidance of Louise Bloemen, who initiated her in practices such as Rebirthing breathwork and Gestalt. She also trained as Combined Arts facilitator and Meditation and Mindfulness guide.

Her understanding of the ‘human experience’ continued to deepen with the practice of Hatha Yoga, Conscious Movement, Breathwork and Self-inquiry and evolved to reflect and be informed by a nondual perspective.

In love with Zen and MINIMALISM, she also offers talks on finding fulfillment in mindful living, simplicity and compassion towards oneself and all sentient beings. She wishes to be an active representative of a new wave of human beings that care for each other and the environment.
